Ingredients:
- 12 oz gluten-free penne (or traditional macaroni pasta)
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced (or substitute with plant-based chicken alternative for vegan version)
- 1 cup cream cheese (or vegan cream cheese alternative)
- 1 cup shaved mozzarella
- 1/2 cup parmesan slices
- 2 tbsp Caribbean jerk seasoning

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
