This Easy Eggless Tiramisu Parfait is a quick and delightful dessert that captures the flavors of traditional Tiramisu in a simple parfait form.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream (can use store-bought or homemade)
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 20-24 ladyfinger cookies, crushed
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the cooled brewed coffee and coffee liqueur. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, gently fold the maple syrup into the whipped cream to sweeten it.
- In serving glasses or jars, layer crushed ladyfinger cookies at the bottom.
- Pour a spoonful of the coffee mixture over the ladyfingers to moisten them.
