Garlic and Green Chili Chutney

This spicy and zesty chutney is perfect for pairing with snacks, sandwiches, or as a dip for your favorite appetizers. The fresh flavor of garlic and green chilies will brighten up any dish!
Ingredients
- 10-12 cloves of garlic
- 4-6 green chilies (adjust for desired spice level)
- 1 tablespoon rice bran oil
- Juice of 1 lemon (or to taste)
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the rice bran oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic cloves and sauté until they turn golden brown and fragrant.
- Add the green chilies to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until they soften.
- Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Transfer the garlic and chili mixture to a blender. Add the lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. You can adjust the thickness by adding a little water if needed.
- Taste and adjust the salt or lemon juice according to your preference.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired, and serve with your favorite snacks!
