- 1.5 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 1.5 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 1.5 tablespoons coriander powder
- 1.5 teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powder (adjust to taste for spice level)
- 3/4 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Water as needed
