- 1 cup of bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional, for tang)
Cooking Instructions:
- Prepare the Fish: Pat the king fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder to enhance the smoky flavor.
- Heat the Fat: In a large skillet, heat the animal fat or oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
