- 300g Chinese cabbage, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 45ml soy sauce
- 15ml chili sauce (such as Sriracha)
- 15ml sesame oil
- 15ml rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and sliced chili to the pan; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the noodles to heat through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
